  • Tutor cancellation before the session
  • Service not matching the description

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of the session
  • Provide your booking reference and reason for refund
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session
  • No-shows for scheduled sessions
  • Completed sessions
