- Technical issues preventing service delivery
- Tutor cancellation before the session
- Service not matching the description
2. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team within 24 hours of the session
- Provide your booking reference and reason for refund
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before the session
- No-shows for scheduled sessions
- Completed sessions
